I was wandering through Kalk bay admiring the beauty of the Cape and then I saw this fellow, Lucky. He was walking among the tourists who all seemed oblivious to him. So I stopped and chatted with him. I took a few photos with his permission and here they are. I hope they are a reminder of the heavy responsibility we still have as South Africans.

I asked him what he wanted to be when he grows up. He said all he wanted to do was get a job, no matter what it was.
